Under the MorWood® brand, we combine formulation development, application knowledge and industrial understanding to create technologies designed around the real requirements of manufacturers.
Our work spans pigments, veneer finishing, printing systems, adhesives, bonding and lamination technologies.

Our Story
From an Industry Problem to a Technology Company.
MorWood began with a simple observation:
Plywood manufacturing chemistry is often treated as a commodity.
But manufacturing challenges are rarely generic.
A change in veneer can affect colour.
A change in substrate can affect bonding.
A change in production conditions can affect curing.
A change in environmental requirements can demand an entirely different formulation.
We saw an opportunity to approach these challenges differently.
Instead of asking manufacturers to adapt to generic chemical products, MorWood was built around the idea of engineering chemistry around the application.
That philosophy became the foundation of MorWood Industrial Technologies.
Today, our technology platform is being developed across key areas of wood-panel manufacturing—from colour and surface treatment to printing, bonding and lamination.
And our ambition extends beyond individual products.
We are building a company where formulation science, industrial application and responsible innovation work together.

Founder & CEO
Nitin Batra
Nitin Batra is the founder & CEO of MorWood Industrial Technologies and the driving force behind the MorWood® technology vision.
With a strong focus on the plywood and allied industry, he has built MorWood around a clear principle:
Chemistry should be engineered around the manufacturing process—not simply supplied as a commodity.
His focus is on identifying real industry requirements, developing application-specific technologies and building a company capable of creating long-term value for manufacturers.
Under his direction, MorWood is developing its technology platform across pigment systems, veneer finishing, plywood printing, adhesive technology and industrial formulation development.
Co-Founder & Operations Head
Udit Batra
Udit Batra is the Co-Founder and Operations Head of MorWood Industrial Technologies, overseeing operational execution and helping translate the company’s technology vision into reliable day-to-day operations.
His role focuses on building efficient operational systems and supporting MorWood’s growth as an industrial technology company.
